All clients must call or text us 23 when they arrive in the parking lot and wait in the car for us to clear them to come into the office.All clients are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entry and during the appointment as appropriate.In addition to standard forms, all clients will sign a COVID-19 risk-informed consent upon arrival.If you have had a fever, cough, positive COVID-19 test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19, or have been on a cruise or have had foreign travel within the past 14 days please let us know.This will include a temperature test and screening questionnaire.
